Mary Hays Runyon began her ministry as minster to youth and young adults at Monte Vista in April of 2008. Mary was born and grew up in Chattanooga, Tn. A graduate of University of Tennessee with a degree in Recreation and Tourism Management, Mary also completed her Master of Divinity and Masters of Business Administration at Gardner-Webb University in May 2005. Mary has served churches in North Carolina, Kentucky and Tennessee. Mary married Will Runyon in 2004. He serves as a Hospice Chaplin in Knoxville. They have a daughter, Greta.
